Welcome to La Divina World (ladivina.world). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our online services, coaching, and digital programs. By accessing our site or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Website Use
* By using this website, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence.
* The content on this website, including texts, logos, graphics, and videos, is the intellectual property of La Divina World. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
* We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website or our services without prior notice.
2. Registration & Enrollment
* 1:1 Deep Dive Application : Access to our primary 1:1 Deep Dive program requires an application via our website form. We review each application manually. Enrollment is only confirmed once we validate your application via email and receive your initial payment.
* Online Classes & Media : Future online services, including yoga classes and guided meditations, will be available for direct purchase. Upon purchase, you will receive lifetime access to these materials through your dedicated client portal, subject to the continued operation of our platform.
3. Payment & Financial Commitment
* Currencies & Rates : All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€).
* Payment Methods : We accept secure online payments via Stripe and direct bank transfers.
* Payment Plans (1:1 Deep Dive) : For the 1:1 Deep Dive program, a 2-part payment plan is available.
– The first payment must be completed to secure and confirm your enrollment.
– The second payment must be successfully processed prior to the 3rd Live Container Call (Week 3).
* Late Payments & Service Suspension : If any scheduled payment is late, missed, or declined, your access to the live calls, client portal, and all associated services will be immediately suspended until your financial balance is fully resolved.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
* Live Container Calls (1:1 Deep Dive) : The program includes five (5) live container calls, scheduled at a rate of one (1) call per week.
* Rescheduling Policy : You may request to reschedule a live call up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, provided that you immediately propose 1 to 2 alternative time slots within that same calendar week. La Divina World reserves the right to decline the rescheduling if the proposed slots do not fit our availability.
* Missed or Late Cancellations : If a call is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or cannot be successfully rescheduled within its designated week, that specific live session is permanently forfeited.
– Special Provision : In the event of a forfeited live call, La Divina World will independently hold a dedicated energetic space to channel and record the intended guidance for that week. You will still receive your customized “Tailor-Made Video Guide” to support your personal exploration for the following week.
No-Refund & Immediate Performance Policy : Due to the bespoke nature of our personalized containers and digital assets, and in accordance with your express prior consent provided upon submitting the Application Form, all payments are final. By checking the dedicated waiver box at checkout, you requested the immediate performance of the service before the end of the legal cancellation period. Consequently, you explicitly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, and no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be granted once the first payment has been executed.
